When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. eccousa.com can only accept returns purchased through eccousa.com.
Just send your unused and unworn item to us within 60 days of shipment with a receipt which was included in your shipment or click here. We will issue you a credit to your credit card or send the replacement item. eccousa.com can only issue credit to the credit card used for the purchase. If we believe that the product you've returned has been damaged or worn, we will send it back to you as soon as possible. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be sent back to eccousa.com and not to any of our retail stores, they are not capable of handling returns.
Other Purchases
All ECCO purchases made through a department store or an ECCO store must be returned to the original place of purchase.
If you feel that your product is defective and you are unable to return it to the original place of purchase call 1-877-687-4631 for a postage pre-paid mailing bag. You can send your shoes in using this bag and shoes will be inspected for manufacturing defects.
