Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of items you choose and your shipping preferences. Ground shipments usually arrive in 5-7 days after processing in our warehouse depending on your location. Items ordered through eccousa.com are shipped via UPS ground. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays. Express shipping is available at an additional charge and must be placed before 9am Monday through Friday to ship same day. UPS only delivers for www.eccousa.com Monday through Friday. So express orders shipped on Friday will be received the following week.

A street address is required for all deliveries. Eccousa.com cannot ship to a PO Box or to military APO/FPO addresses. At this time eccousa.com only ships merchandise within the US. Additional charges may be applied to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
