• eGift certificates will be emailed from eccousa@ecco.com to the recipient within 24 hours of purchase; they are non-transferable.
• eGift certificates can only be purchased and redeemed using U.S. addresses.
• eGift certificates can only be redeemed for new purchases online at eccousa.com, not in any retail or outlet store or for prior purchases.
• Promotional offers, discounts, or other eGift certificates cannot be used to purchase eGift certificates.
• While eGift certificates never expire or incur service fees, recipients cannot redeem eGift certificates for cash (except where required by law) or return them for a refund. If recipients return merchandise purchased with an eGift certificate, refunds will be credited back to their eGift certificate.
