"Stay & Play" OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: All legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older (19 or older for Alabama and Nebraska; 21 or older for Mississippi) may participate in this contest. By entering this contest you represent to ECCO USA, INC. that you are at least 18 years of age and a resident of the 50 United States and/or the District of Columbia. Employees of ECCO USA, INC., its affiliates and subsidiaries and/or partners and their immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in this contest.

How to Enter

Entrants must fill out entries on the following URL: www.eccousa.com/wintrip.

ECCO USA, INC. is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries for any reason. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual tampering, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

Entrants may also mail an entry with their name, address and phone number to ECCO WORLD CLASS "Stay and Play" Package; ECCO USA, INC., 16 Delta Dr., Londonderry, NH 03053.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of valid entries received. Limit one prize per household.

Only one entry per household will be considered for contest entry.

Winners will be chosen by random drawing to be conducted on or after August 2, 2010, from the official entries received by Midnight EDT July 31, 2010.

Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified.

Contest Rules, Terms and Conditions

ECCO USA, INC. reserves the right to modify scheduling of the contest without prior notice. Contest rules are subject to change without notice, if necessary, to comply with any applicable law or policy of ECCO USA, INC., or any other entity having jurisdiction over ECCO USA, INC. All contests at ECCO USA, INC. are subject to all applicable federal, state and municipal laws.

ECCO USA, INC., ECCO Internet their sponsors, and/or employees ECCO USA, INC. may not be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession of the prize has been taken by winner. ECCO USA, INC. is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by ECCO USA, INC.

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. The prize must be accepted as awarded and travel completed before December 31, 2010. There will be no substitute dates allowed and there is no cash surrender value for the prizes.

"Stay-and-Play" Prize Package includes:

One winner will receive the "Stay and Play" Prize package (estimated retail value for the entire package: $4,750.00), which will consist of:

  • Six nights accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at The Fairmont Banff Springs (2 nights), The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge (2 nights) and Delta Lodge Kananaskis (2 nights), and six 18-hole rounds of golf with cart for two players (12 total rounds of golf; one round each at The Fairmont Banff Springs, The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Kananaskis Country Golf Course, Silvertip Resort, Stewart Creek Golf and Country Club and Canmore Golf & Curling Club) (estimated retail value: $3,000.00).
  • Two round trip tickets – coach airfare on an airline of ECCO's choice (estimated retail value: $1,000.00).
  • Six days midsize rental car with a national rental agency of ECCO's choice (estimated retail value: $600.00).
  • One $50 credit (three total) at each of the accommodation providers (The Fairmont Banff Springs, The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and Delta Lodge Kananaskis) that can be used for meals and/or amenities of each resort's choosing (estimated value: $150.00)

If any of the specified prizes becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, ECCO USA, INC. may substitute a prize or prizes of like or equal value.

By participating in the contest, you agree to release and hold ECCO USA, INC., its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the contest, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. This contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of ECCO USA, INC. and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the contest or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the contest, including, but not limited to, selecting winners, will be made by ECCO USA, INC., whose decisions shall be final.

Official Notification

Contest winners will be contacted by ECCO USA, INC. via certified mail.

Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility. Failure to return the affidavit in the time noted will result in disqualification of the entry.

Claiming of prizes requires a certified mail response from the winner within 30 days of being notified by certified mail of winning. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. ECCO USA, INC. is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s). Each prize winner must supply ECCO USA, INC. with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, daytime and nighttime telephone numbers, and social security number. Upon proper verification, notification of winnings will be mailed to winner's mailing address within seven (7) business days following identification verification.

Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification.
